Yes. Every photo and video on a piece's page is that exact piece, filmed in hand on a phone. There are no renders and no retouching. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Each piece is painted by hand, so no two are the same. When a piece sells, its page stays up marked Sold, and that piece is gone for good.

Most pieces are resin or plastic figures, primed and painted by hand with acrylic paints and sealed with a varnish. Each piece's page lists its scale, size and whether a base is included.

No. They are collectibles for display, with small and fragile parts. They are not suitable for children under 14.

• Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades paint over time.
• Dust with a soft, dry brush. Do not use water or cleaning sprays.
• Hold it by the base or the body, not by thin parts such as weapons or hands.

Yes, write to us with what you have in mind. Commissions are quoted one by one and cannot be returned, because they are made to your request.

Checkout uses PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. Until card checkout opens on the site, press Buy and we will email you a PayPal invoice.

US dollars. If you pay in another currency, PayPal or your bank converts it at their rate.

Yes, PayPal emails you a receipt as soon as you pay. We also email you when the piece ships, with the tracking number.

• Pieces leave the studio within 30 days of your order. Most go sooner.
• Delivery then usually takes 7 to 20 days, depending on your country and the carrier.

Yes, every order. We email you the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel as soon as it ships.

Each piece is wrapped and fixed inside its own box, then packed in a second, sturdy outer box. Small parts are wrapped separately. We film every parcel being packed.

It depends on your country. Some countries charge import duties or taxes on parcels from abroad, collected by the carrier on delivery. Unless checkout says they are included, these are paid by you.

No. We declare the true contents and the price you paid, as the law requires. A false declaration can get a parcel held or lost.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the box and the piece, and keep the packing. You choose a full refund or a free repair. See Returns & Refunds.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the piece and the original shipping once it is back. See Returns & Refunds.

Check the tracking link first. If tracking has not moved for 30 days, or it has been 60 days since we shipped, write to us and we will refund you in full.

Every piece is one of a kind, so we do not do exchanges. Return it for a refund and buy the one you prefer.
