We are a small studio that paints figures by hand and sells them through this website. This page explains what personal information we collect, what we do with it and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email 1508712732g@gmail.com.

The short version

• We only collect what we need to answer you, take your payment and ship your piece.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
• This site has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
• You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• When you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write to us.
• When you buy a piece: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (carriers need it for delivery), the piece you bought, the price and the date.
• Payment details: payment is handled by PayPal. We see that you paid, how much and your PayPal receipt details. We never see or store your card number.
• When you browse: like every website, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and send you invoices, order confirmations and tracking numbers.
• To pack and ship your order, and to handle returns, refunds and claims for lost or damaged parcels.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting law require.
• To protect the shop and our customers against fraud and misuse.

We will only send you marketing email if you ask us to, and every such email will let you stop with one reply.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• PayPal, to take your payment. PayPal handles your data under its own privacy policy.
• Shipping carriers and logistics partners, who get your name, shipping address, phone number and the parcel contents to deliver it.
• Customs authorities in the countries the parcel passes through, who get the declared contents and value, as the law requires.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and so receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to.

Some of these services are in other countries than yours, including the United States and China, where our studio is. When your information crosses borders, we only send what is needed for your order.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you pay, PayPal may set its own cookies to process the payment safely. If we add privacy-friendly visit statistics, they will not use cookies or identify you, and we will update this page.

How long we keep it

• Order records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years.
• Emails that did not lead to an order: up to 2 years, then we delete them.
• Technical logs at our hosting provider: kept for a short time by the provider.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, unless we have to keep it by law (for example, order records for tax);
• stop using it for any purpose you have not agreed to.

Children

This shop is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters for orders you have already placed, we will email you.
