These terms apply when you use this website or buy a piece from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside our Returns & Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy. Questions: 1508712732g@gmail.com.

Who we are

We are a small studio in China that paints figures by hand and sells them through this website. You can reach us at 1508712732g@gmail.com.

The pieces

• Every piece is painted by hand. Unless the page says otherwise, there is only one of each.
• The photos and videos on a piece's page show that exact piece, filmed in hand and not retouched. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Pieces are collectibles for display, not toys. They have small and fragile parts and are not suitable for children under 14.
• We are not linked to, approved by or sponsored by any film, game or brand that a piece may bring to mind.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each piece's page. Shipping is shown on the page before you buy.
• Payment is made through PayPal, with your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card. Until online checkout opens, you press Buy and we email you a PayPal invoice.
• Your order is confirmed when your payment is complete. If a piece sells to someone else before your payment goes through, we tell you and refund anything you paid in full.
• If we listed a piece at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you first.

Where we ship

• We ship to member countries of the World Trade Organization. If your country is not available, write to us and we will see what we can do.
• You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete shipping address and a phone number the carrier can use.

Shipping times

• Pieces leave the studio within 30 days of your order. Most go sooner.
• Delivery then usually takes 7 to 20 days, depending on your country and the carrier. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking number when it ships.
• If a parcel is lost, the rules in Returns & Refunds apply.

Customs, duties and taxes

• Some countries charge import duties or taxes on parcels from abroad. Unless checkout says they are included, these are paid by you, usually to the carrier on delivery.
• We declare the true contents and the price you paid. We do not mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
• If you refuse a parcel or do not collect it, we refund the price of the piece once it is back with us, minus the shipping both ways.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

• You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
• After delivery you have 14 days to return a piece for any reason, and we help if it arrives damaged. The full rules are in Returns & Refunds.
• Commissions, meaning pieces painted or changed to your own request, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Commissions

Custom pieces are quoted one by one by email. What we will paint, the price and the expected time are agreed in writing before we start.

Using this website

• The photos, videos and text on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Sharing a link is always welcome.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works.

Our responsibility

• We do our best to describe every piece accurately and to ship it safely.
• If something goes wrong with an order, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays, strikes, natural disasters or pandemics.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
